Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Appointments & Rescheduling Practitioners reserve time exclusively for you. 24+ Hours' Notice: Reschedule or cancel without penalty for a full refund. < 24 Hours’ Notice: Late cancellations or rescheduling incur a fee of [50% / 100%] of the session cost. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice are charged the full session fee with no refund. 2. Clinical Discretion We recognize that true emergencies (medical crises, accidents) occur. Late fees may be waived at the sole discretion of management. Contact [Insert Email/Phone] immediately if an emergency arises. 3. Dissatisfaction As therapy is subjective, we do not offer refunds for completed sessions. If your practitioner is not a good fit, contact us; we will facilitate a transition to a new specialist at no additional cost. 4. Packages & Subscriptions Refunds: Request a refund for entirely unused sessions within [e.g., 30] days of purchase. Refunds are calculated by deducting the standard, non-discounted rate of any used sessions from the total paid. Expiration: Bundles expire after [e.g., 6 months] and cannot be carried forward. 5. Technical Issues If a session fails due to platform or practitioner connection issues, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled session. Interruptions caused by client-side connection issues do not qualify for mandatory refunds. 6. Processing Time Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within [e.g., 5–7] business days, subject to your financial institution.
