What is a Stress ?


When a person realises that they are under some sort of burden but void of understanding a fact how to overcome it. Stress can be controlled in its very first stage by applying some very basic rules and avoid future problems like #acutestressdisorder or more severe #posttraumaticstressdisorder and many more. stress can be cured by several disciplinary and punctual daily tasks but once it starts showing signs of Acute stress disorder it may need help of a clinical psychologist. The worst the situation, worsens the treatments. In more severe cases like Post traumatic stress disorder, there may be even daily doses of medications for few months, depending upon the condition.


How to De-Stress on your own ?


1. Improvement with Physical Intimacy:


A married couple in the beginning is wired with a love code called sex. The more you show improvement, the more power over your respected spouse. But in later years not only this love code works but you also need respect over your emotions and care amongst your bodies with proper communication of your desires and pleasures with each other. This is the main reason where men feel underrated with his performance and women feel avoided with her emotions. This causes stress, which can be undefined. In future it attracts more stress giving them doubts over themselves and their self esteem. So, one must not only improve their sex life but also communicate open minded-ly with their spouses in order to perform well with each other.


2. Improvement with self care:


In India, mostly the outgoing ladies concentrate on their self care. self care is not only about taking care of your skin and body. It also, takes care about how mentally fit, independent and strong you are in terms of everything. Talking about men, they are vice versa, they have a perception of taking care about their brains, and thinks men do not need self care in terms of skin, body and most important emotions. Well, everyone needs their individual lone spare time to get back to their original shape of thoughts. To conclude, men must take a break to focus on their emotional understanding, bodily hygiene and understanding their spouse's world. On the other hand, women must learn to take a break to focus more on their own self, their needs and becoming independent. This not only increases your self confidence and respect for each other, but also makes you feel powerful and decreases the level of stress with an increase in their own thoughts and opinions.

what is a standard of living..? It's just a basic way of living life with proper needs and priorities to help you throughout life. Many speak about having quality things. Well, that depends on the way they choose things in terms of need and quality. Improving proper needs and priorities within your space, no matter it can be work, home or kitchen lets you be punctual, efficient, perfectionist and helps identifying your talent. This again, is a way in developing your talents and lets you practise after the spare time you get with an improved space around you. This saves from all the load you get in the end, hence its also a part of de-stressing.


4. Improvement with Habits and Hobbies:


There are myths everywhere about how anyone who has been living his life with just one schedule can never change. Let's say, daily breakfast. There are people who had been having only tea-coffee, may be tea with chapatti or a full wholesome lunch cum brunch. They may think i have had this for long time and i can't switch it to lighter and nutritious meal like oats-milk-fruits-nuts-seeds-egg. That's not true always. I myself changed my daily random habits into an amazing healthy loving one. From having tea-chapati switched with oats-milk-fruits-nuts-seeds-egg. This went possible in years. It does take time to improve your daily habits from what you have inherited and what you love doing. What you inherit is a habit and what you love becomes a hobby. In beginning it's very difficult but in end its Simple and efficient step to feel complete for a day and then relaxingly proceed towards next one. This is a great step to overcome your stress. Sometimes, the things you don't like is a part of your schedule and you're bored doing it, which over piles and draws you towards stress.


5. Improvement with Communication skills:


The most important skill that is been avoided. People teach you what to speak and where to speak but NOBODY TEACHES YOU HOW TO SPEAK. Well, the day you learn how to actually speak with control of emotions you will start focusing on the big picture.The better your communication with soft skills, better your peace of mind. That's deep and many things are connected with this. Your family, friends, career, kids, society etc. You get stress when you have received some negativity. You receive negativity when you can't control your human emotions well, when that happens you speak without any formation of your words. For example: "please share your number" You probably would think whats wrong in this sentence, its totally formed well with manners. So let's frame it again. "Could you please share your number if that's fine with you." How would you rate this. That's how you differ between an order and asking. When you order, people behave negative and when you ask, they behave positive. Thats again a huge reason why you're stressed after visiting a friend, family or a relative.


6. Improvement with Food:


Guessing about how food, is relatively connected with this, well food is scientifically and emotionally connected to stress. Cooking and Healthy eating are found to be stress busters. Healthy food regulates different emotional hormones. A control in emotions can also be triggered via food psychology. Type, texture and the way it's extracted and by whom its prepared decides what kind of emotions and characteristics you will inhabit. There is a reason why every country and their food and water changes the way you think and behave.


7. Improvement with Green Nature:


The most common answer to relieve stress is benefitting out of the nature that has made us. Some will inculcate it as Spiritual divine and many would just think it as a refreshing weather and greenery. Both works excellently well and are void of any faults. Moreover, nature works like an Anti-aging in metaphorical terms. When you are dull and you need to start fresh, always benefit yourself from nature. Nature can even be termed as the spiritual need. Your concentration towards any spiritual activities can also work equally well in overcoming any stress. It's a combination of all above improvements in one.


ON THE WHOLE STRESS IS JUST LIKE A SHOCK CIRCUIT IN YOUR FLUCTUATING MOOD. DON'T JUST OVERPOWER IT. HANDLE IT INSTEAD.
